Theresa is Vice President and Head of Quality at Climb Bio, bringing more than 20 years of experience in advancing quality and compliance across biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and contract research organizations. She has built and led quality organizations that enabled the advancement of numerous clinical programs, consistently aligning quality strategies with corporate objectives while fostering a culture of compliance from early development. With deep expertise in quality management systems, pharmaceutical manufacturing, product testing, and regulatory compliance (GMP, GLP, GCP), Theresa is recognized as a collaborative leader who partners across organizations to develop innovative therapies to patients. She holds a Master of Science in Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy & Science.
