Climb Bio is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing therapeutics for patients with immune-mediated diseases. Our product candidates include, budoprutug, an anti-CD19 monoclonal antibody that presents us with an exciting opportunity given its broad potential applicability across a number of B-cell mediated diseases, including systemic lupus erythematosus, immune thrombocytopenia, and membranous nephropathy and CLYM116, an anti-APRIL monoclonal antibody in preclinical development for IgA nephropathy.

Reporting to the Vice President, Clinical Operations this is an excellent opportunity for passionate and detail-oriented individual looking to start a career in biotech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize/maintain tracking systems and set up tools to support the conduct of a clinical study from start-up to close-out
- Assist with the development and review of clinical documents including protocols, ICFs and clinical study plans
- Schedule and coordinate study meetings, materials and agendas; recording and disseminating decisions and actions
- Coordinate and manage version control of clinical documents, prioritize multiple tasks and/or projects with limited supervision
- Facilitate vendor engagement from RFP distribution through to final contracting and PO set up
- Setup and organize SharePoint and central study files
- Coordinate training for the assigned clinical study
- Support Clinical Operations team with specific projects
- Effectively communicate with study team members and work closely to address challenges
- Maintain compliance with GCP, SOPs, and applicable regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, or a related field
- At least one internship in a biotech organization
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in clinical research and drug development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to operate in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with GCP and regulatory terminology preferred
This position will be based out of our Wellesley, MA office and expected to work on site at least 3 days per week. Base salary offered may vary depending on the individual’s skills, experience, and competitive market value.
