Chandra Adams

Adams is a seasoned legal executive with over 20 years of experience spanning corporate law, regulatory affairs, and intellectual property in the life sciences industry. Prior to joining Climb, Chandra served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Immunovant, Inc., where she provided strategic legal counsel across intellectual property, compliance, and SEC reporting. Prior to joining Immunovant, Chandra held senior roles at Coherus BioSciences and Surface Oncology, where she led legal and IP functions, supported public company transactions, and, at Surface, served as Corporate Secretary. Her earlier career includes pivotal roles at Bioverativ (a Sanofi company), Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and Genzyme, where she managed global patent portfolios and supported high-value commercial and development-stage assets. Chandra began her career in regulatory affairs, gaining deep expertise in FDA regulatory pathways across biologics, small molecules, and medical devices. She is a registered patent attorney and a member of the Massachusetts Bar.

Chandra holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and a B.S. in Chemistry and Biology from Valparaiso University.
