Cindy J. Driscoll, MBA

Cindy Driscoll is a veteran finance leader with over two decades of experience guiding biotechnology companies through critical growth stages, including IPOs, venture funding, mergers, and strategic transformations. Prior to Climb Bio, Cindy served as SVP of Finance at HC Bioscience, where she led all financial and administrative functions. In her previous leadership roles at Magenta Therapeutics and Tokai Pharmaceuticals, Cindy was responsible for overseeing IPOs and public offerings totaling over $450 million, implementing SOX compliance, and driving operational excellence across finance, HR, IT, and facilities. She has a proven track record of building high-performing finance teams and aligning financial strategy with long-term business goals.

Cindy holds an MBA from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from SUNY Oswego.
