Jan Hillson, M.D.
Senior Clinical Advisor
Jan is a rheumatologist and immunologist with 20 years of experience in academic research, patient care and teaching, and more than 18 years of experience in the biotech industry spanning translational, preclinical, early and late clinical development with a focus on autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Prior to joining Climb Bio, Jan held senior clinical development and leadership roles at ZymoGenetics, Momenta Pharmaceuticals, ChemoCentryx , Alpine Immune Sciences, and Provention Bio. She is currently on the Board of Directors of Eledon Pharmaceuticals and is a Partner in the Cascadia Drug Development Group.
Dr. Hillson received her M.D. from Stanford School of Medicine and her specialty and post-doctoral training from the University of Washington.
